Patna (Bihar) [India]September 1 (ANI): Joking on Kartik Kumar’s resignation, BJP chief Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday stated, “This was the primary wicket, many will fall within the close to future.”
Sushil Modi reportedly stated that Kartik Kumar had an arrest warrant and but took oath as regulation minister within the presence of Lalu Yadav.
“Kartik Kumar resigned final evening, a warrant had been issued for his arrest. As an alternative of surrendering, he took the oath of workplace and was appointed regulation minister beneath stress from Lalu Yadav. This was the primary wicket, there shall be extra many extra falls within the close to future.” BJP chief stated.
Earlier, Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan accepted the resignation of Bihar Minister Kartikeya Singh, who was transferred from the Regulation Ministry to the state’s Sugarcane Trade Minister.
Singh has an impressive arrest warrant towards him in a kidnapping case for which he was granted interim safety by a courtroom in Danapur till September 1.
After reviews emerged of an arrest warrant towards Kartikeya Singh, the Bihar BJP on August 17 demanded that the Nitish Kumar authorities present braveness and sack the minister with instant impact.
The extra cost of the Ministry of Sugarcane Trade has been transferred to Income and Land Reforms Minister Alok Kumar Mehta as Singh is not a member of the Council of Ministers. (ANI)
